Volunteers - we need you!
We need volunteers to run the fayre on the day - slots last two hours (11.30-13.30 or 13.30-15.30). We have a variety of slots left - from the tombolas and books stalls to craft tables and mums and dads stall.
We also need help setting up the evening before. On Friday afternoon and evening we will need to prepare the hall, 8 classrooms, the reception area and the dining hall. As many hands as possible are always appreciated. Arrive from 2pm. We will put on a movie for the children and refreshments are available.

Raffle and Childrens’ Raffle
As usual we have been working hard to bring you some fantastic raffle prizes - so buy your tickets now online. There will be loads of prizes donated by our wonderful independent shops on the high street, but our top prizes include:

A week at Barracudas Activity Camp (valid until August 2020)

4 Tickets for Marsh Farm (valid until January 2021)
4 tickets to Lee Valley Park Farm
We'll also be presenting a childrens' raffle on the day, with prizes to include Lego, Disney's Cars merchandise and Pokemon headphones.

We are now accepting bids for the fantastic items in our two silent auctions:
A signed rugby ball and photo by superstar Jason Robinson OBE - donated by Mastercard
2-hour self-hypnosis course to help de-stress and relax - donated by 9 Hypnotherapy

Cakes and Mince Pie Donations
We need stock for our refreshments stall - homemade and shop bought cakes or mince pies are always welcome. Please drop them off at reception from Thursday 29th November right up to the start of the fayre. We also need:
Luxury chocolate and treats for our Treat Tombola
Wines, bubbles and spirits for our Bottle Tombola
Luxury gifts for our Mums and Dads Stall
Matched Funding
If you work for a company that supports matched funding, please do let us know as this is an extremely valuable and no hassle way of raising money for the children. Last year we were able to add £1,500 to the Fayre total through 3 parents supporting us. If you want to discuss this, get in touch with Sophie at treasurer@foics.org.
