Non-uniform Day

Next event: To be confirmed

What is it?

The children come to school in whatever clothes they choose. It's a way for the children to support our fayres.

How much does it cost?

The ‘payment’ for not wearing uniform is a donation to one of our tombolas, stalls or raffles. We'd like any of the following:

  • Wine or spirits

  • Chocolate treats

  • Luxury gifts

  • Soft toys

  • Books

What else do I need to know?

  • The children will be taking donated items to their classrooms in the morning and handing them to us after assembly. If you are donating any heavy or fragile items, please leave them in reception.

  • You can donate as many items as you'd like, so you don’t need to limit yourself to non-uniform day. Some of our families even save up items throughout the year that they then donate to us.

  • If you can help to collect the donations from the children after assembly then please come along to the small dining room to help us receive and sort through the donations.

  • We'd also love for you to help at the summer fayre itself - by making or buying cakes for our refreshments stall or volunteering on the day. Let us know if you can.

Feedback - let us know what you think

We always want to hear how we're doing and how we might do things even better. So please share any feedback or ideas you have about our events, communications or other things we're involved in. Email us at communications@foics.org.
